Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from USE PANTHARI through usepanthari.com.
Refund Request Period
Customers may request a refund within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
To request a refund, the customer must contact us at help@usepanthari.com within this 30-day period and provide sufficient information for us to identify the order and evaluate the request.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be approved in the following circumstances:
The product was delivered damaged.
The customer received an incorrect item.
The order was not delivered after the maximum stated delivery period.
The customer reports dissatisfaction with the product within 30 days from delivery and provides a photograph of the product.

No Physical Return Required
USE PANTHARI does not require customers to physically return products when a refund is approved.
Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, the customer may keep or dispose of the product. No physical shipment of the product back to USE PANTHARI, STAR BARBER LTD, or our supplier is required.
Refund Method and Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
After a refund has been approved and processed, it generally takes 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on the customer's card statement or payment account. The exact posting time may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
